We will go over any other questions you have and confirm the details of your senior session contract.

Contract Details? I can send your senior’s contract within minutes! You can also sign it electronically within seconds.

Once we confirm a date, time, and location for your senior session I will need:

• The senior package of your choice

• Your senior’s first and last name

• A parent or guardian’s first and last name

• A preferred email address and a preferred cell phone number

*Once this information is verified I will email over your senior’s contract via HoneyBook (my virtual business software) for a parent or guardian to sign it electronically. The down payment will also be due upon the signing of the contract.

Payment Structure? 50% of your total is due upon the signing of your contract once we finalize your senior session date. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled senior session date.

How do I pay? You will receive a virtual invoice through HoneyBook (my online business software) and you are welcome to use any Credit/Debit card to pay online. Cash, Venmo, and checks are also accepted! I am super flexible with payment options. Whatever works best for you!

Galleries are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks from your senior session date. Sometimes even sooner!

Every image in your senior’s completed gallery will be fully edited by me. All fully edited images will be delivered to you through a unique gallery link via DropBox. DropBox is free for all of my clients to utilize. You will be able to download the entire gallery to any personal device, or just pick your favorites!

All images will be in color, and you may get some with a copy in black and white.

I do not watermark any of my images, so you are free to download, share, and print your images wherever you please!

Photo count limit? - Nope! I keep as many good ones as we get! The amount listed with each package is just a rough estimate.

I am flexible and I travel all over the place! Some select dates will have a specific location.

Some of my favorite spots: Castlewood Canyon, Festival Park, McCabe Meadows, Roxborough State Park, Horsetooth Reservoir, Hudson Gardens, Red Rocks, and the Paint Mines.

I’ve got others I still love! Once we chat about your vision, we can nail down a location. - Sometimes I may suggest specific spots depending on the month of your senior session/weather conditions.

I am always happy to help with outfit selection! Lots of parents will send me pictures of their outfit ideas!

I highly recommend neutral colors such as cream, black, navy blue, white, and tan. They always look sharp! Simpler the better.

I also love when my seniors bring along an outfit that truly represents their personality. Even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes!

Totally okay! I completely understand family circumstances, school related activities, weather, etc. may come up.

I structure in a few “make-up” dates into my calendar to ensure I am able to serve all my clients as best I can.

All reschedules or weather make-up dates are subject to my availability at that time.

I always try to ensure my seniors are comfortable and having fun! I have a full repertoire of poses I utilize for the ladies and the fellas. I have still poses and movement poses to capture each senior’s unique and candid self!

Should your senior have any specific poses they love, please have them tell me! I want to make sure I am also capturing what they want!

I strive to maintain a natural, warm, bright, and candid editing style.

Your gallery will be similar to the images you see on my website.

Some galleries may vary slightly depending on the weather and lighting conditions of that particular day, but I will still maintain my style.

Utilizing the raw beauty we have here in Colorado for my backdrops always brings me so much joy!

YES!

Props such as uniforms, letter jackets, instruments, sports equipment, family heirlooms, etc are always welcomed!

I always allow furry family members or friends! I just love meeting my senior’s pets! *All I ask is that you please plan accordingly to have a parent or friend help out with your pet! :)

With your senior all dressed up, some parents love taking the opportunity to snag a few updated family photos as well! Bring the siblings, and the dog if you’d like! Whoever is a part of your loving family.

20 minutes of family photos are available for an additional charge of $100.

*Discounts cannot be applied to the family photo upgrade charge.

I recommend minted, but there are plenty of great options out there for in store and online printing! Shutterfly and Walgreens are also some quicker options.

I do not watermark my photos, but if you are ever need a written release for a print shop I am happy to send you one.

All of your senior gallery images will be in high quality. If you need your photo cropped or formatted in a different way for your school yearbook coordinator please email me with the specifications and I am happy to help!
