McCabe Meadows (Parker)

Walking: Easy & Short

Features: Shallow creek, large bridge, greenery, small dirt trail, small fence

Castlewood Canyon (Franktown)

Walking: 10 minute intermediate hike

Features: Beautiful canyon, dirt trails, big rocks, gorgeous creek, multiple small bridges

*$10 Parking Fee

Festival Park (Castle Rock)

Walking: Easy & Short

Features: Rocks, greenery, small creek, modern metal bridges, large metal shed, parking garage, downtown streets, railroad tracks, old white building

Daniel’s Park (Sedalia)

Walking: Easy - A little climbing

Features: Large rocks, brief view of mountain range, large wood fence, brick shelter, tall grass

Roxborough State Park (Littleton)

Walking: Easy & Short

Features: Red rocks, tall grass, a really cute road, and unique views. A miniature version of Garden of the Gods, and more private than Red Rocks. You must stay on the trails, but there are tons of great spots along the trails.

Driving: About 45 minutes outside of Parker, and a $10 parking fee *No dogs allowed

Hudson Gardens (Littleton)

Walking: Easy - A little climbing

Features: Large rocks, brief view of mountain range, large wood fence, brick shelter, tall grass

Deer Creek (Littleton)

Walking: Intermediate - A 15 minute incline hike up to my favorite spot

Features: Large rocks, brief view of mountain range, large wood fence, brick shelter, tall grass

Parking: There is a small dirt pull off lot near the trailhead

Horsetooth Reservoir (Fort Collins)

Walking: Intermediate - A 15 minute incline hike up to my favorite spot

Features: Large rocks, brief view of mountain range, large wood fence, brick shelter, tall grass

Parking: There is a small dirt pull off lot near the trailhead

Union Station (Denver)

Walking: Potentially walking across a busy street, but very easy walking.

Features: Downtown scenery, travel vibes, and city streets

Parking: There are nearby parking garages and fees. Sundays are typically the best day.

    A bit of a drive! But a gorgeous and very unique location! Rustic and rocky. About an hour southeast of Parker.

  • Lost Gulch Overlook (Boulder)

    A bit of a drive up to Boulder, but this is one of the most beautiful mountain views with a very short walking distance.

    *Only available on select dates

  • Highlands Ranch Mansion (Littleton)

    Gorgeous and rustic mansion with beautiful grounds.

    This location is only available on select dates due to events that are held here.

  • 17 Mile House Farm Park (Parker)

    A great spot for a shorter session in Parker

    Cute little houses and surrounding open space.
